Hello, I’m Scott Efflandt.

I founded Undaunted Service to continue my lifetime of service to the community and the nation. I feel strongly that helping organizations reach their potential is one of the best ways to invest for the future. Success for me is taking what I have learned and enabling tomorrow’s achievement stories.

I’m an experienced executive with demonstrated success managing complex organizations on three (3) continents with with other services, special forces, governmental employees, foreign militaries, dignitaries, and international agencies. I’m a former Eagle Scout and Army General Officer experienced in developing ethical leaders and managing large organizations with more than 100K employees and $1.9B budgets.

Most recently my military assignment at Fort Sam Houston, Texas positioned me to orchestrate the Department of Defense’s assistance in support of COVID-19 response, natural disasters, and the Southwest border support. Similarly, I have enjoyed developing leaders and optimizing organizational structure while assigned to Army’s office of Congressional Liaison, the faculty at the United States Military Academy, the Naval War College, and Provost of Army University.

My strengths include team building and detailed planning for attainment of strategic objectives and efficiency. I have extensive crisis management and logistic experience as well as advanced degrees focused on strategy, complex organizations, and civil-military relations.
